LOS ANGELES This comes after O'Neal, the son of the late /*Farrah Fawcett*/ and Ryan O'Neal, successfully graduated from his drug treatment program.

Among the charges dismissed was a case filed after sheriff's deputies found drugs at Ryan O'Neal's home in 2008 while his son was on probation.

The 25-year-old still faces another two years of probation for bringing drugs into a jail facility.
