Report: Winfield, Geneva hospitals could merge

September 6, 2010 (CHICAGO) The two could merge or reach some type of affiliation agreement. If a deal is worked out, it would create the Chicago area's fifth-largest hospital system.

According to Crains, Northwestern Memorial and Advocate Health Care may also be interested in Delnor.
