A group is riding to the fallen firefighter memorial service in Colorado Springs. That's where Brian Carey's name will be read and added to the wall during a ceremony on September 11.
Carey died while trying to a rescue a couple from a house fire in March.
He is the first Homewood firefighter to die in the line of duty.
