The always outspoken and frequently controversial Peraica was arrested Saturday and charged with criminal damage to property for allegedly destroying Tobolski signs. He told the Sun-Times "the whole thing is a set up."
But Tobolski, the Democratic candidate, said there is no conspiracy here: "He got caught and he was identified by a witness. He can file all the lawsuits he wants."
