Solera, Boka cocktail recipe

With the holiday season officially here, a lot of people will be celebrating with a glass of wine, champagne, or even a cocktail.


1 1/2 ounce Plantation 5 year Rum
1/2 ounce Tawny Port
1/4 ounce House made Falernum
3/4 ounce Lemon Juice
1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
1 egg white

Combine all ingredients, shake, add ice and shake again. Strain into a coupe and garnish with one sage leaf and a drop of Angostura Bitters.
