Jury selection in deadly police shooting case

Jury selection begins Wednesday in a case involving a Chicago police officer who allegedly gunned down a teenager in 2003.

The family of Darryl Hamilton calls the fatal shooting unjustified.

In December 2003, Hamilton allegedly ran from police while pointing a loaded gun in their direction. Police say Officer David Garza, who had been on the force a little more than a year, fired several shots killing Hamilton.

Hamilton's family is suing the Chicago Police Department and Officer Garza.
