ABC7's Jim Rose receives 'Men of Excellence' award

The sports anchor was selected by the Chicago Defender as one of its Men of Excellence. The award recognizes 50 men who demonstrate excellence in their professional and personal lives.

ABC7's Cheryl Burton was the emcee for the award presentation at the South Shore Cultural Center.
