With the warm weather finally here, many people are entertaining more outside. Whether it's a beach or pool party, or a get together with family and friends at home, a tropical cocktail can liven up any summertime soiree.
Every Thursday in June, guest mixologists from The Chicago Bartending School will train students at Uncle Fatty's Rum Resort, unclefatty.com, in the heart of Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood. They'll be teaching how to make everything from the perfect Mai Tai and classic Margarita to more contemporary and creative concoctions. $10 gets you entry to the hour-long class, instruction from The Chicago Bartending School teachers and all the materials you need. Of course, participants are encouraged to sample their creations at the end of class.
