Elizabeth Wilson bought a $2 instant-ticket in the game where the winner gets a $1,000 a week for life.
"People really win. I did, that's all I can say," Wilson said.
Despite the oversized check presented for cameras, Wilson is actually taking a lump sum of more than $760,000. She plans on taking her mom on a vacation to Hawaii, giving gifts to other relatives and investing a lot of the money for the future.
