On Wednesday, he will introduce an ordinance limiting lobbyist gifts to city workers to $100 a year.
City employees would be barred from getting loans from lobbyists, and lobbyists would have to report who they lobby, what they lobby for, and any gifts they make.
The mayor would also create a publicly available database on the activities of lobbyists.
