The two are called delayed interval twins.
The first baby was born at a Belleville, Illinois hospital on October 1. Doctors gave the mother medication to stop contractions for the second baby girl because she wasn't ready to come out. About a week later, the couple and newborn flew to a St. Louis hospital, where the second twin was born on October 6.
