Man who killed U of C student gets 120-year sentence

Amadou Cisse was killed in a botched robbery four years ago. Demetrius Warren, 21, was convicted in August.

On Wednesday, a judge sentenced him to 80 years in prison for Cisse's murder and an additional 40 years for charges related to the crimes prior to the shooting.

Cisse was a native of Senegal. He had recently defended his doctoral dissertation before his murder.
