Build-A-Bear recalls teddy bears due to choking hazard

Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. is recalling nearly 300,000 bears. The

U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission says the Colorful Hearts Teddy Bears' eyes can loosen and fall out, posing a choking hazard to small children.

So far, no injuries have been reported.

The bears were sold in the U.S. and Canada.

Consumers can take the Colorful Hearts Teddy Bears back to stores for a coupon for another toy.
