U.S. Atty. Gen. to speak at NU Law School

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder will speak at Northwestern University Law School Monday on the legality of the government's targeted killing of Americans overseas.

His speech stems from the drone attack on U.S. born al-Qaida cleric Anwar Al-Awlaki in Yemen last year.

At least three lawsuits have been filed to force the white house to release its justification for the attack.

In his speech, Holder will reportedly cite the joint congressional resolution passed after the 9-11 attacks authorizing the use of all necessary force to prevent any future acts of international terrorism against the U.S.
