Tree marks Oprah's legacy

It's been nearly a year since Oprah Winfrey ended her Chicago based show, but on Friday a tree was planted outside of Navy Pier to commemorate the 25-year legacy of her show.

Children from the Academy for Global Citizenship took part in this Arbor Day event.

The tree is one of thousands being planted to not only honor Oprah's legacy, but also to encourage the joy of reading. That's something Oprah promoted quite often on her show.
