Inbound Dan Ryan lanes at 47th open after semi loses load

The metal sheets were blocking at least two of the inbound local lanes, forcing much of the traffic into the express lanes.

A private company put the sheet metal back on the semi and the lanes were re-opened by about 4:20 p.m.
