An Aurora man has been sentenced to 35 years in prison for shaking his infant son to death.

Noel Quevedo was convicted of first degree murder in the 2004 death of his 8-month-old son, Alex.

Quevedo shook the boy when he would not stop crying.

Quevedo had previously been ordered to spend life in prison for the crime, but the law under which he was originally sentenced was declared unconstitutional.
