Jewelry and other luxury items that once belonged to convicted Dixon comptroller Rita Crundwell will be sold on Saturday.

The pieces for sale include a bar of gold bullion valued at $1.5 million.

There is also a jewel encrusted pendant of the cartoon character "SpongeBob SquarePants." It's expected to bring about $1,200.

Crundwell was sentenced to 19 1/2 years in prison last Thursday after she admitted to stealing more than $53 million from the City of Dixon.
