Police Friday found animal waste throughout the home in the 100 of Villa Street.
Fifty-one-year-old Sherry Dove, 24-year-old Robert Groves and 19-year-old Felicia Dove are charged with animal cruelty.
The animals were taken to an animal hospital for care.
