On Monday, police said they were looking for a White or Hispanic male who assaulted the girl while shopping at the Village Discount Outlet Store in the 4600-block of North Elston. The victim screamed and her father chased after the man, but he was able to escape down an alley, police said.
The man was wearing a dark colored cap, with a grey, long sleeved shirt and a black shirt with underneath, dark colored pants and white gym shoes, according to police.
