One woman says she had to jump out the window with her children to escape the flames, which ignited early in the morning.
" We jumped out of the window," the unidentified woman said. "We had to; we were trapped."
The woman also said her children were OK.
A man was in critical condition, and another woman was in serious condition Saturday.
A third person was hurt but refused medical treatment at the scene.
