Lynn Bingaman is accused of pushing her grandmother, 83-year-old Betty Knaack, during an argument at Knaack's Des Plaines home Monday.
Bingaman allegedly pushed her grandmother, which caused Knaack to fall and strike her head.
The woman is said to have hit her mother when she tried to stop her.
Knaack died Thursday as a result of her injuries.
