Washington, Illinois residents apply for building permits 2 weeks after tornado

December 3, 2013 (WASHINGTON, Ill.)

According to Illinois Emergency Management, the process began Monday. Residents can file their applications Monday through Friday at the Five Points Library in Washington.

The storm killed seven people statewide, with two of them in Washington.
