The ongoing dispute between the Cubs and the Wrigley Rooftop owners is heating up again.

The Cubs have applied for a permit to put up a 650 square foot sign in right field.

Rooftop owners claim that will block their view, and they're taking legal action.

The owners released a statement saying the sign will violate their contract with the Cubs.

A Cubs spokesperson says the sign will be built once they receive permits and approvals.
