Cynthia Hernandez, 16, and her son Nathan Pena, were last seen in the 2800 block of South Homan Avenue about 7 p.m. on Feb. 9, according to a community alert from Chicago Police.
Hernandez is described as a 5-foot-7, 140-pound girl with brown eyes, black hair and an olive complexion.
Nathan is described as a 2-foot tall, 50-pound boy with brown eyes, black hair and an olive complexion.
