Forty-year-old Jason Castro was arrested on Saturday.
Back in November, a 30-year old woman was picking up her child from a school in the Cragin neighborhood when Castro allegedly rear ended her car. She started taking pictures of Castro and his license plate.
That's when prosecutors say he punched her 13 times, breaking her eye socket bone. Castro was in court yesterday and ordered held on a $300,000 bond.
