March 16, 2014 (CHICAGO) --
A Chicago parolee is back behind bars and is charged with murder.Police say 22-year-old Harold Cook shot and killed a 21-year-old man.
It happened on Friday near Pulaski and Van Buren in the West Garfield Park neighborhood.
The victim, Terrell Wilson, had reportedly been fighting with Cook's brother.
That's when investigators say Cook chased Wilson down and shot him in the neck.
A short time later cops pulled Cook over and arrested him.
