A DISCUSSION ABOUT RACE, Thursday, July 30 at 2 PM on abc7chicago.com. The hour-long town hall will be moderated by ABC 7 Windy City LIVE co-host, Val Warner. The virtual town hall will also exclusively stream live on ABC 7's Facebook Live, YouTube, ABC 7's app, and ABC 7's connected TV apps on Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Android TV and Roku.

With "back to school" time fast approaching and COVID-19 still a threat to health and safety, how will this impact in-person and e-learning? Will those students who have limited access to computers, the Internet and other resources be able to attain a quality education or will they fall behind? These are some of the questions Val and this week's panelists will explore.
In addition, they will take a look at the role of historically Black colleges and universities and how they are providing unique experiences for their students in this time of social activism.
