How designer Cookie Gluck made Roe's "Bean" costume

CHICAGO -- This year Windy City LIVE went all out for Halloween creating Chicago Icons and what's one of the top icons? The sculpture Chicagoans lovingly call the "Bean."

So WCL turned to the extremely talented costume designer, or as she calls it the "purveyor of weird wearables," Cookie Gluck.

Roe Conn dressed up as one of Chicago's most well-known icons--the Bean.

She has created icon costume characters, for The Bulls, the Wolves and many other sports teams. Her medium is fabric and whatever else she can get her hands on to create amazing costumes. And, she just happened to be Roe Conn's middle school art teacher.
