Better Business Bureau: How to spot fake merchandise, protect your identity

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Nearly the entire city of Chicago caught Blackhawks fever during their quest for the Stanley Cup.

Hawks merchandise flooded the market after their victory.

Most of it - but not all of it - was official NHL gear. Steve Bernas, of the Better Business Bureau, explains how to spot the fakes.

Bernas also shared the signs of lottery scams and explained how consumers can protect their personal banking information.
