CHICAGO -- Do you love Greek food? Saganaki? Gyros? Feta cheese? The National Hellenic Museum's annual culinary event, "Kouzina" is November 5, 2015! "Kouzina" translated to "kitchen" in the Greek language.
Come celebrate Greek food and wine as Chicagoland's finest chefs present a delectable twist on the Greek classics. Several top local Chicago chefs will serve up Mediterranean dishes, including Jimmy Bannos Sr. of Heaven on Seven, John Gatsos of Tavern on Rush, Doug Psaltis of RPM, and David Schneider of Taxim. Proceeds from the culinary event will go to the museum's continued preservation of the Greek culture, history and art.
