With Executive Chef Aaron Lirette at the helm of the kitchen, GreenRiver offers approachable fine dining. Thalia Hall/Dusek's Board and Beer/Punch House/Tack Room
When Thalia Hall was first built way back in 1892, it was a cornerstone for the largely Bohemian community... it hosted live music, theater and movies over the years. But now, the historic locale in Pilsen has been lovingly restored and is home to a Michelin-starred restaurant... called Dusek's Board and Beer...a subterranean bar called Punch House.. and a piano bar called the Tack Room. Broadway in Chicago
Chicago has managed to land yet another 'world premiere' Broadway musical. But your -kids- may know this guy a little better than you.. he's one of the most beloved characters in animated television. We're talking about SpongeBob... Janet got a sneak peek at some of the production recently. Drake Oak Brook
Anyone who has strolled Michigan Avenue knows 'the Drake'... it is an iconic Chicago hotel that has entertained legions of Hollywood's biggest names and is 'the place to be' for drinks and dinner. And now, a former 'suburban outpost' of the historic hotel is getting a second 'lease on life'. The Drake Oak Brook underwent a 2 year renovation and re-opened last summer.
