TSA: Gun discovered in carry-on bag at Midway

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A 76-year-old passenger was arrested at Midway Airport Friday after a firearm was discovered inside his carry-on luggage, TSA officials said.

The passenger was planning to travel from Midway to Bradley International Airport in Connecticut.

The TSA said the Jennings J-22 firearm was the fourth weapon to be discovered in carry-on luggage at Midway this year.
