Hanover Park crash closes NB Barrington Road at Irving Park

HANOVER PARK, Ill. (WLS) -- Emergency crews used the Jaws of Life to free a driver from a car involved in a serious crash in west suburban Hanover Park.

First responders closed the northbound lanes of Barrington Road at Irving Park Road as they worked to clear the scene Friday morning.

Very little traffic is getting by on Irving and on southbound Barrington.

There is no word yet on the driver's condition. Authorities have not released further details.
