Dr. Ken Redcross' dos and don'ts for weekend warrior workouts

People who only work out on the weekend used to get the side eye, but that is changing.
New research shows even just a little bit of exercise on Saturday and Sunday is better than nothing. Dr. Ken Redcross broke it down.

The three dos:
1. Warm up and cool down
2. Relieve muscle aches
3. Hydrate and eat restorative foods

The three don'ts:
1. Plan back to back sessions
2. Obsess on one activity
3. Let your ego get in the way.
