Stay in shape this summer with free workouts on weekend mornings at Millennium Park.

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Stay in shape this summer and start your weekend with a free morning workout in Millennium Park.



The Millennium Park summer workout series feature music during yoga and pilates, and live drumming during Zumba. All classes are 45 minutes.

Chicago Bike Week


In its 23rd year, Bike Chicago is a year-round celebration of Chicago's bicycle culture and continued efforts to become more bicycle friendly and environmentally conscious. Presented by the City of Chicago and Goose Island Beer Company, Chicago Bike Week will take place from June 13 - 20.



Throughout the week, bicycling in Chicago will be promoted through pop-up bike fashion shops on Federal plaza, as well as events around town including a planned downtown bike tour, evening spin classes at Cloud Gate which can accommodate 200 cyclists, a concert and movie night in Millennium Park and the Bike to Work Rally on Daley Plaza.
