Homeless activists protest CHA outside City Hall

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Homeless activists protested outside Chicago City Hall on Tuesday night.

They say the Chicago Housing Authority is sitting on a $440 million surplus and the agency is withholding thousands of dollars in housing vouchers from the poor.

ABC7 could not reach the CHA for comment.
