CHICAGO (WLS) -- At least 20 people have been shot, two fatally, in gun violence across Chicago so far this weekend, police said.

ABC7 is tracking the shootings across Chicago from Friday at 6 p.m. to Sunday at 11:59 p.m.

2 shot, 1 critical in Lawndale, Chicago police say

A woman and a man were shot on Sunday in the 1100-block of S. Mozart Street, Chicago police said.

CPD said the shooting happened at about 4:15 a.m.

A 46-year-old woman and a 47-year-old man were outside when someone started shooting at them, police said.

The man was shot in both legs; he was taken to Mt. Sinai hospital in critical condition.

The woman was shot in the right leg; she was taken to Mt. Sinai and is expected to be OK.

No other injuries were reported.

Shooting victim arrives to Mount Sinai hospital, police say

A shooting victim arrived to Mount Sinai hospital on Sunday, Chicago police said.

A 32-year-old man arrived to the hospital with gunshot wounds to the body.

He was listed in critical condition.

A woman was critically hurt in a shooting outside a Lincoln Park bar early Sunday, Chicago police said.

A 39-year-old woman was outside when shots were fired, police said.

She self-transported to Northwestern Memorial hospital with multiple gunshot wounds to the body.

She was listed in critical condition.

18-year-old found shot to death in Chatham, Chicago police say

Chicago police said an 18-year-old was found shot to death early Sunday in the Chatham neighborhood.

Chicago police said the man was found in the 7700-block of South Rhodes on Sunday at about 1:34 a.m.

The man was found at about 1:34 a.m. in the 7700-block of South Rhodes on Sunday, police said.

CPD said he died of a a gunshot wound in the head.

Police are conducting a homicide investigation.

Nobody is in custody.
