CHICAGO (WLS) -- Marsharra Tate, 19, has been charged in a Morgan Park shooting that killed 37-year-old Summer Moore, police said.

Tate and a second offender, Johnny Reese, allegedly drove by and fired shots in the 11400-block of S. Aberdeen around 7:50 p.m. on May 9, police said. Moore, who was not the intended target, was shot in the chest and later died from her injuries. She was at a family party when the incident happened.

Reese was previously arrested and charged in June. Tate was scheduled to appear in bond court Sunday.
