Police ID man who died after being pulled from Montrose Harbor

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Authorities have identified a man who died after he was pulled from Montrose Harbor.

Police say 23-year-old Ryan Klingensmith fell off a boat Friday night.

He was under water for at least 15 minutes before rescue crews could reach him.

Klingensmith was visiting from Iowa City. An autopsy report says he drowned and his death has been ruled an accident.
