Police: Burglars strike 3 homes in Chicago Lawn

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Police are warning residents of burglars targeting homes the city's Chicago Lawn neighborhood.

Authorities said suspects broke into three houses through the front door and stole property from inside.

The homes are located within blocks of each other: One home in the 6600-block of South Sacramento Avenue was targeted around 3:15 p.m. on Jan. 29, another in the 6600-block of South Mozart Street around 8 p.m. on Jan. 29 and another in the 6500-block of South Francisco Avenue around 5:15 p.m. on Jan. 30.

Police did not release a description of the suspects.
