Exercising may help you look younger, study finds

The fountain of youth might be found at the gym.

Health magazine reports frequent exercisers over the age of 40 had better skin and looked years younger compared to those who got less activity. Other benefits included better posture and deeper sleep.

A recent study found getting at least 150 minutes of exercise a week boosted sleep quality by 65 percent.
