3 injured after pair shot in car crash into bus stop

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Three people were injured after two people in a car were shot and then crashed into a bus stop in South Shore, police say.

The shooting happened near 79th and Exchange. A 19-year-old woman and 26-year-old man inside the car were both injured in the shooting, and a man waiting at the bus stop was injured in the crash.

All three victims are hospitalized in stable condition. Police are investigating the shooting.
