Dramatic video shows Gurnee crash that injured 8

GURNEE, Ill. (WLS) -- Dramatic video shows the chain reaction crash on the Tri-State Tollway in Gurnee, Ill., right by Six Flags Great America that injured eight people.

In the video, a semi-truck is seen plowing into six cars that were stopped on I-94 near Exit 132 Monday evening.

Two people had to be extricated by emergency crews, including one who had to be cut out of their car. Eight people were sent to the hospital.

No charges have yet been filed. Illinois State Police continue to investigate the crash.
