Flag fight could cost veteran Fla. home

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (WLS) -- A fight over a flag could cost a veteran his home.

Larry Murphree has been in a battle over the last two years with his homeowner association in Jacksonville, Florida. The group has issued several fines against Murphree for placing a small American flag in his flower pot.

He is refusing to pay $8,000 in fines. And now the group has put a foreclosure lien on his house. The fight over the flag could now be settled in Florida state court.
