Man fatally shot in South Chicago near 81st, Houston

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A 21-year-old man was shot and killed in the city's South Chicago neighborhood Friday afternoon.

Police say someone got out of a gray SUV in the 8100-block of S. Houston and fired shots before getting back into the vehicle and fleeing.

The victim was pronounced dead on the scene. His identity has not yet been released.

Chicago police are investigating. No arrests have been made.
