Mother, child reported missing from South Shore

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police ask for the public's help to find a 25-year-old woman and her 11-month-old child, who have been missing for more than a week.

Sehighya Smith and her daughter, Milan Gibson, were last seen on July 25 in the 7100-block of South East End Avenue in the city's South Shore neighborhood, according to a CPD missing person alert.

Police said Smith may be in need of medical attention.
