Sen. Mark Kirk helps introduce anti-cyberbullying app

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Illinois Senator Mark Kirk helped introduce an app designed to help put an end to cyberbullying.

Kirk and his student leadership advisory board worked with Motorola to develop the app, which is called "Back Off Bullies."

It puts children in control of a character that has to move through situations a child might encounter in real life.

The app is designed for children in kindergarten through fifth grade.
