Perseid meteor shower viewing party held in Wheaton

WHEATON, Ill. (WLS) -- The Adler Planetarium hosted a Perseid meteor shower party in suburban Wheaton Wednesday night.

People brought their telescopes to get a good look at this heavenly spectacle.

There was also live music, science activities and more for those who wanted to bring the entire family.
