Police: Man sexually assaulted woman after climbing in through window of Brighton Park home

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A man climbed through a woman's bedroom window and sexually assaulted her in Chicago's Brighton Park neighborhood Tuesday.

The woman was asleep when the man broke into the home at around 1 p.m. in the 2600-block of West Pershing Avenue, police said.

The suspect sexually assaulted the woman and stole property from the home, police said.
